Pandurang’s passion for HR Consulting is backed by his experience in well established firms in the manufacturing setups wherein he has led projects related to HR Strategy, HR Budgeting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development and Employer Branding & Communication.

With 17+ years of industry experience in Human Resources Development and Management, he has handled various assignments in the above areas. In his last assignment, he was leading HR Function of Classic Stripes Private Limited (Certified by Great Place to Work Institute, India as one of the Best Companies to Work For). Prior to this, he was associated with Astarc Group and Jain Irrigation Systems Limited.

Pandurang holds Masters Degree in Human Resources Development & Management from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He has also done his B. Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) from Mahatma Phule Agricultural University, Rahuri in his graduation. He has also recently completed Executive Development Programme in People Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Prafull Thakkar

Prafull is a passionate training professional with an experience bracket of over twenty-five years which includes L & OD and Talent Management. He is partnering with corporates for behavioral and skill-based training interventions using a ‘learning by doing’ approach; best taken from the experiential methodology to facilitate reflection amongst participants. He facilitates organizations to establish its L&OD function right from training needs, mapping the gaps, designing & delivery of modules, taking feedback, follow-ups, assessments, post-training evaluation and refining learning agenda for the future.

He is also a solution designer who believes in working with the client closely which also includes establishing HR Function, HR processes and people policies, design Competency Framework, PMS and Talent Management Structure.

Prafull has worked with many Indian Conglomerates and MNCs viz Varroc Group, Diversey India, Classic Stripes, iSmart Panache, Tata Teleservices (Mah) Limited and Nirlon Limited of which, played a pivotal role in setting up HR function for two startup organizations – Tata Teleservices and iSmart Panache.

His special focus areas have been Training & Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Performance Management Systems, Competency Framework Designing, Formulating HR Policies & Processes, Industrial & Employee Relations, Compensation Strategy and Change Management.

Prafull holds Masters Degree in Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He is also Certified DISC Accessor from Thomas International and Certified MBTI Practitioner.

Rathnakar Shetty
HR & Liaisoning Consultant

Rathnakar is having rich expertise in leading HR Operations, Recruitment, HR-Budgeting, HR MIS, Industrial Relations, Payroll Administration, Statutory Compliances, Contract Labour Management, Performance Management, SAP HR & General Administration. Skilled in handling large workforces and maintain peaceful & amicable work environment in the organization with head count of more than 1000 employees. He is conversant with statutes and procedures relating to employment and Industrial Relations.

He is having hands on experience in initiating measures for the benefit of people in the organization and higher employee morale/productivity. Endowed with exemplary relationship management, people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, managing employee grievances and creating an amicable and transparent work environment.

Rathnakar was leading Plant HR Function of Classic Stripes Private Limited (One of the top 50 Best Places to Work in India) in his last assignment. Prior to this, he was associated with Videocon Group in their Zonal HR (West Zone) Department.

Academically, Rathnakar is Post Graduate in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Mangalore University and he has undergone various training programs in the area of HR, IR & Legal Compliances.
