Developing HR Policies

HR Policies are necessary to manage people effectively in any organisation. A policy provides ‘the rule’ that define how an organisation operates on a day-to-day basis in respect to its people. HR Procedures describe how to carry out or implement policies in a fair and transparent manner. It is also important to keep flexibility as one size fits all approach does not always work.

At Propel People, we develop customised HR policies covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment till separation. We review the existing policies, develop new one and update existing ones to ensure that those are legally compliant and aligned to best people practices.
