Prafull is a passionate training professional with an experience bracket of over twenty-five years which includes L & OD and Talent Management. He is partnering with corporates for behavioral and skill-based training interventions using a ‘learning by doing’ approach; best taken from the experiential methodology to facilitate reflection amongst participants. He facilitates organizations to establish its L&OD function right from training needs, mapping the gaps, designing & delivery of modules, taking feedback, follow-ups, assessments, post-training evaluation and refining learning agenda for the future.

He is also a solution designer who believes in working with the client closely which also includes establishing HR Function, HR processes and people policies, design Competency Framework, PMS and Talent Management Structure.

Prafull has worked with many Indian Conglomerates and MNCs viz Varroc Group, Diversey India, Classic Stripes, iSmart Panache, Tata Teleservices (Mah) Limited and Nirlon Limited of which, played a pivotal role in setting up HR function for two startup organizations – Tata Teleservices and iSmart Panache.

His special focus areas have been Training & Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Performance Management Systems, Competency Framework Designing, Formulating HR Policies & Processes, Industrial & Employee Relations, Compensation Strategy and Change Management.

Prafull holds Masters Degree in Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He is also Certified DISC Accessor from Thomas International and Certified MBTI Practitioner.
